Structural description
The structure of the machine is a three roll symmetrical type, with the upper roll performing vertical lifting and lowering movements at the symmetrical center position of the two lower rolls. The two lower rolls rotate with each other through a screw and worm drive, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the lower roll gear to provide torque for the rolled sheet metal. The machine is an integral structure, with the working and main transmission parts installed on a rigid welded base, which facilitates the installation and debugging of the machine.
1 Work section
The working part consists of an upper roller device, a lower roller device, an upper roller pressing device, a balancing device, a tipping part, a frame, and a base.
1-1 Upper roller device
The upper roller device consists of an upper roller, a bearing seat, SF-2 composite bearings, etc.
1-2 Lower roller device
The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller input gear, SF-2 composite bearings, etc.
1-3 upper roller pressing device
The upper roller pressing device consists of a motor, a reducer, a worm gear mechanism, a screw nut lifting mechanism, etc.
Quenching and tempering treatment after rough machining of upper roll and lower roll, HB260~300, surface medium frequency quenching after fine turning: HRC 40-45.
1-4 Balance device
The balancing device consists of a support, a screw, an adjusting nut, etc.
1-5 overturned parts
The flipping part consists of a frame, handle, pivot pin, etc.
1-6 racks and bases
The frame is a welded component, the base is a welded component, and it is annealed to relieve stress.
2. Main transmission part
The main transmission part consists of a main motor, a main reducer, a coupling, an output gear, etc.
3. Electrical control part
The electronic control part consists of a control cabinet, stroke control device, etc.
