Feeding system:
Top mounted unscrambler for saving space. Multiple protection devices for precise preform feeding and ejecting unqualified preforms. Continuous preform feeding system.
Heating system:
High efficiency infra-red oven bank with 10 zones. The oven is fully adjustable. Individual lamps are adjustable in the x-axis. Oven controls feature soft on. Power levels for individual     lamps are adjustable from 0 to 100% in 1 % increments.
