(2) The rolling shear machine is mainly used before starting rolling and when there is a malfunction in the continuous rolling production line and the casting cannot be stopped.

3). One continuous rolling mill

The aluminum rod leaves the rolling mill at a speed of 6-8.17m/s, passes through the oil-free guide rod of the rolling wheel, enters the plum blossom winding device, and is wound at a stable speed. Among them, the front traction linkage tracks the casting speed, and the rear traction linkage tracks the rolling mill speed.
