1.1 Environmental Requirements

1.1.1 The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

1.1.2 Ambient temperature: 0 ~ 40ºC range;

1.1.3 The monthly average daily maximum relative humidity of the wettest month in the use area is not more than 90%;

1.1.4 There is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that can seriously lose metal and insulation;

1.1.5 No significant vibration and turbulence.

1.2 Raw material requirements:

The raw material of electric furnace is composed of scrap steel, ferroalloy and loose material. The ratio of steel into the furnace is 95% scrap steel, and the remaining 5%. 2. Main technical features of electric arc furnace equipment:

The electric arc furnace equipment is open top charging, full hydraulic pressure, bottom steel, overhead arrangement.

Electric arc furnace adopts copper-steel composite conductive transverse arm.

Large section water-cooled cable is used for short network.

PLC electrode regulator ensures maximum accuracy and reliability of the electrode system.

Hydraulic system proportional valves are made from Rexroth or PARKER.

The transformer can be overloaded by 20% for a long time, and has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that it can withstand frequent short-circuit impact.

The transformer is strong oil circulating water cooling (OFWF) and adopts faultless strong oil circulating water cooler.
