3. Install wind turbines in areas without barriers and with smooth wind flow. To avoid power loss in the transmission line, try to shorten the distance between the wind turbine and the battery pack as much as possible, generally not exceeding 30m.
4. Basic construction:
1.) Select the center position for installing the fan. The installation of the fan base must excavate the foundation and pour concrete, and the size of the foundation pit (see Figure 2). The concrete ratio is cement: sand: gravel: water=1:2.55:1.7:0.6. The base bolts should be 30-35mm higher than the upper plane of the base, and the bolts should be protected. Installation can only be carried out after solidification for 100 hours after infusion Firstly, prefabricate a 1.5-meter * 1.5-meter * 0.6-meter high platform with cement and sand at the center position of the wind turbine installed on the roof. After it is completely cured, the installation work can be carried out.
2.) Thread four foot screws into the base and tighten M16 nuts (until the bolt ends are exposed by about 15mm). Align the pin hole axis with pits B and D (or A and C), and place a flat bottom seat at a height of 40-50mm above the ground to pour concrete (with a cement, sand, and stone ratio of 1:2:3).
3.) Place the anchor at the bottom of the pit, with the chain link inclined towards the center of the site at a 60 ° angle. First, place a layer of crushed stone at the bottom of the pit, then pour concrete and stones (weighing about 2-5kg), and then pour concrete alternately until it is filled. Finally, tilt the chain link towards the center of the site and form a 60 ° angle with the horizontal plane.
The curing period of concrete is generally 100 hours, and wind turbines should not be installed during the curing period.
4, Installation
1. Please install the wind turbine when there is no wind (wind force less than level 2).
2. Adjust the base to horizontal, place washers on the anchor bolts, and tighten the nuts. Insert the upper and lower upright poles together and lie down on the "A" pit (see Figure 3). The lower end is hinged to the base with a pin of Φ 16, and a washer is placed with a perforated pin.
3. Sort out the steel wire rope in four directions, thread them through the hanging ears, and put on the chicken heart ring with the rope clamp.
4. For safe and reliable connection, it is recommended to use CO type 0.6 spiral buckles at both ends. Rotate the spiral buckle to the middle length, and wrap one end around a steel wire rope with a lap length of not less than 300mm. Use a rope clamp to fix it temporarily. First, connect the spiral buckles of pits A, B, and D to their respective anchor chains with a release buckle. Then, pull up the pole to connect the spiral buckle on pit C to the anchor. Adjust the length of the steel wire rope connection to make the pole vertical. There are two rope clips at the bottom of each rope. Finally, tighten the rope clips and remember to tighten the nuts.
5. Use a steel wire with a diameter of 2-3mm to guide the cable into the pipe from the bottom of the pole, pull it out until the top is exposed for 200-500mm, and connect the three wire ends to the terminal blocks.
6. Connect the 3-wire lead from the transmission slip ring to the terminal block, move the motor and rotating body to the top of the pole and connect them with the flange, and tighten the bolts.
