3. Main processes and equipment of the production line
3.1 Main Process and Equipment Description:
The main process equipment selected for the 2000T electric spiral cantilever production line is as follows:
1. Heating: The workpiece is heated using a medium frequency induction heating furnace with a specification of 700kw. The heating furnace has the following functions and performance requirements: automatic feeding, automatic feeding, and automatic three sorting,
Mold heating adopts electric heating/gas heating: It is recommended to use gas heating for mold heating to improve the preheating efficiency of the mold;
2) Roll forging: The 560 automatic roll forging machine is used for roll forging of billets. It is recommended that the roll forging machine be equipped with an automatic robotic arm, which can perform four types of actions: adjustment, single action, semi-automatic, and automatic
3) Bending: Using a 250T mechanical press for bending
4) Forging: J58K-2000 CNC forging hammer is used for pre forging and final forging of the product;
5) Edge cutting: using JH21-250 open press machine for edge cutting;
6) Punching: JH21-160 open press is used for punching;
7) The auxiliary equipment required for the production line may include:
Conveyor belt: 1 conveyor belt from the roll forging machine to the bending press; One conveyor belt from the bending press to the electric screw press; 1 forging hammer to edge cutting press; 1 cutting press to punching press; There are a total of 4 items.
