This dryer can achieve rapid drying of bricks over a wide range of drying cycles, depending on the uniformity of the entire process parameters and the stability of the brick conditions.

The drying kiln is composed of a roller table box, with roller bars distributed in each section of the kiln body, forming a five layer continuous transportation channel.

Bricks are properly dried during the process of passing through the drying channel.

Through various stages of drying, the water content at the kiln outlet can reach around 1%.
