The technical solution includes a rock wool production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons (300 working days), with an hourly output of 4 tons per line and a daily output of 100 tons per line
The scope of the project includes architectural design, factory drawings issued by the supplier, design and installation of mineral wool board line, commissioning and trial production, personnel training, etc.

Basically no waste water is generated in this project. It is mainly the discharge of domestic wastewater.
Power supply project (one production line)
The total installed capacity of the project is 2200KW. As the main line is equipped with multiple one-use and one-standby devices and frequency converters, the actual power used by the main line is about 1500KW. It is suggested to build a transformer in the site to provide radiation power to the workshop.
Power supply voltage: 380V/220VAC 50HZ
Ambient temperature: 5-45 degrees
Power factor: ≥0.9 (if less than this number, need to add electrostatic container to achieve compensation)
Thermal engineering (one production line)
Natural gas is mainly used for the production of drying gas. Only 3,000 to 4,000 m3 of replenishment gas is required per day.
Production technology
The technology of this project comes from the introduction of foreign advanced technology, the basalt raw materials and coke are melted in proportion, and then the solution is made into rock wool fiber through centrifuge, and then the physical deep processing and chemical modification of the initial fiber are carried out with appropriate process technology and equipment to prepare the finished basalt fiber profile.
