The HRH-322 high vacuum brazing furnace is mainly used for brazing stainless steel products, diamond tool brazing, high-pressure gas quenching of stainless steel, and vacuum annealing of high-temperature alloy magnetic materials. It can also be used for vacuum sintering, solid solution, failure, annealing, tempering above 620 ºC in low-temperature powder metallurgy, copper failure, etc.
The HRH-32 high vacuum brazing furnace consists of a main unit, vacuum system, water cooling system, air cooling system, pneumatic system, electronic control system, and external transport vehicle.
Standard structure
3.1 The main unit of the vacuum furnace is a horizontal single chamber structure, consisting of the furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber, and forced circulation gas cooling device.
3.1.1 The furnace body and furnace cover are double wall water-cooled structures, and the inner and outer walls are made of carbon steel. There is a gap between the two layers, with cooling water flowing inside. The front end is connected to the furnace flange, and the rear end is connected to the head. There is a flange interface at the rear end of the furnace body that is connected to the air-cooled motor. A bracket for the furnace body is designed at the lower part of the furnace body to facilitate the placement of the furnace body. The furnace body is equipped with the following openings:
*Take some time to use an opening
*Electrode opening
*Thermocouple opening
*Inflatable opening
*Pressure measurement opening
*Safety valve installation opening
*Other auxiliary openings
*Specially designed drain hole for the front furnace door,
*Specially designed drain hole at the bottom of the furnace body
The sealing design between the furnace body and the furnace door is a bi-directional seal with a locking ring. The sealing ring is installed in the groove of the furnace door flange to ensure the sealing of the vacuum furnace under negative pressure and high-pressure gas cooling.
3.1.3 The heating chamber is composed of insulation layer, heating element zone one heating, material table, and other parts.
*The insulation layer is a circular structure composed of three layers of graphite felt and a high-temperature setting composite hard felt of 20mm. Our company uses the latest composite hard felt with molybdenum screws on the heating chamber frame, and the composite hard felt and graphite felt are fixed on the heating chamber frame. The advantages of composite hard felt are not afraid of wind deformation, small durability, and the heating chamber adopts a 360 degree circular uniform cooling method. Both front and rear are equipped with insulation layers, and the structure of the insulation layers is the same as that of the insulation layers.
*The heating element adopts graphite tubes, which are evenly distributed along the wall of the heating chamber, ensuring long-term use without deformation, long service life, and uniform heating.
*The furnace bed is made of graphite and is divided into two parallel sections (to prevent deformation of the material tray and maintain the deformation of the workpiece, thus improving the service life of the material tray). A gasket made of AL2O3 is installed on the furnace bed to isolate the material basket from the furnace bed.
