Product Description

VI. Main contents and preliminary plan of project implementation
(I) Raw material and broken glass system plan
Raw material and broken glass process:
All raw materials are imported into the factory as qualified powder, and the storage design is carried out according to the local raw material supply and use situation. The raw material feeding, weighing, mixing and conveying are all controlled by computer automatically. The mixing system consists of two mixers, one for use and one for backup.
The entire cold end broken glass crushing system and the matching belt conveyor system. Under normal production conditions, broken glass is not allowed to fall to the ground to avoid the introduction of external debris and affect the quality of glass.
Raw materials and broken glass automatic control
1. Each raw material in the feeding system uses a control system with centralized control and local control.
2. The batching system is computer controlled. It has functions such as report printing and operation authority management.
3. The water adding system uses a water meter for quantitative automatic control.
