II. Brief introduction of machine structure
The structural composition of the machine includes the bed part, main transmission part, clamping part, guiding part, core rod mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical system, mold part, feeding part, and corner part
1. Bed part: The bed part is a bent and welded structure, which serves as a carrier for other parts.
2. Main transmission part: The main transmission part consists of three parts: spindle, sprocket, and servo, which can achieve bending and return movements.
3. Clamping part: The clamping structure is used to clamp the pipe, which rotates with the spindle to make the mold and pipe fittings rotate simultaneously.
4. Guiding part: The guiding mechanism supports the straight part of the pipe during the bending process, and the pipe moves forward along with the guiding die during the bending process. The clamping action of the clamping guide structure is driven by hydraulic cylinders, and the side peephole cover can be opened for inspection, maintenance, and adjustment.
5. Core rod part: The core rod mechanism is located at the rear of the bed, and the required bending radius of the core rod can be adjusted through screw transmission. The core rod action is achieved by the core rod and the oil cylinder, and the advance of the core rod can be adjusted by adjusting the nut. The bed is equipped with a core rod support device, supporting core rod and pipe components. If coreless bending is performed, the core rod can be removed.
6. Hydraulic system: The control components of the hydraulic system are imported from Taiwan, and the hydraulic system adopts an integrated passage block structure. The hydraulic pipelines are made of seamless steel pipes, and high-pressure hoses are used at the movable connections. "U" - shaped quick connectors are also used to prevent system leakage and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
7. Electrical system: The electrical system is powered by a 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply, and the control line is supplied by a 380/110V control transformer to control the operation of contactors, intermediate relays, and solenoid valves. The main electrical components are imported brands, and the power line is mainly driven by a Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the hydraulic system. The main control components are microcomputer program controllers, and all control button signals come from the high-voltage electrical cabinet.
8. Mold part: The machine's mold consists of a bending mold, movable jaws, pressure mold, core head, etc. Anti wrinkle plates and soft core heads can also be added according to the needs of users and actual pipe bending to improve the quality of pipe bending.
9. Feeding part: Using Mitsubishi servo drive from Japan, the servo motor pushes the material cart with precise feeding, accurate feeding curvature angle, and automatic detection of the feeding shaft to avoid collision with the machine.
10. Corner section: Using Mitsubishi servo drive and servo motor from Japan, automatic corner detection, stable clamping, and safety
11. Safety protection: This machine is equipped with safety limit and emergency stop buttons to ensure the safety of the operator.
