2. Unit description:
1.) Air compressor
Air compressor is micro oil screw compressor, it have low noise, whole machine gather gas, lubricate, water, electric, cooling and instrument to one, realize machine and electric become one body. Control system adopt PLC controller, touch-way panel may provide the supervision of all adjustment of parameter and critical running parameter, also have alternative Chinese and English liquid crystal display, have full protection function, may realize no-person operate.
2). Pre-cooling system
It adopt full-close imported compressor, refrigeration agent will never leak out, high-efficiency steam-water separator and imported automatic drain water machine, ensure the outlet haven't liquid water. Refrigeration component is imported from Denmark Danfoos, the plant can run continuously all the year, it have long live. In the plant, equipped long-distance signal connecting point of air Inlet temperature, Long-distance signal of start and stop machine and running trouble signal, it is convenient for user's interlock supervision. The unit is box-body construction, on foundation installation, easy to construct.
3). Purifier
The unit is composed of two vessels: one is on heating while the other being regenerated; ensure the air's clear to cold box, length the running period of rectification column. Use of impurity nitrogen to heat for regenerated and also automatic control the heat temperature.
4). Booster Turbine Expander
    Booster Turbine Expander is combine produced by our factory and Cryogenic Center of China Academy of Sciences, main machine is produced by China Academy of Sciences. It have abundant experience in Turbine theory's design and make, its product adopt patent construction combined moving pressure and static pressure, so its ability to resist the turbine's vortex is very strong, carrying capacity is big. It wines the advancement second and third Prize of Science and Technology by Academic of Sciences in 1995 and 1999. It have following advantages: Easy to
installation, convenient to maintain, running stable, high efficiency, small cooling losing.
5). Rectification Column
    It adopt fin type heat exchange, made in aluminum, heighten heat exchange's affection, depress the operation pressure,reduce the power consumption furthest, saving cost. Temperature, flow and liquid display all adopt digital instrument.

11. PERFORMANCE TEST:
1. The plant performance test shall verify the performance guarantees as stipulated above.
2. The performance test shall be conducted in accordance with the stipulations of the contract and with the procedures set forth hereinafter. If necessary, adaptations of the procedures can be agreed upon by the buyer's and seller's site representatives.
3. the performance test is carried out by the seller's technicians , after reach the parameters , hand over to the buyer's personal .
4. Flow rate , pressure and purity of the product should be recorded once per hour ,seller should provide detailed list for recordable parameters
5. The guaranteed operating case shall be manually adjusted as exactly as possible according to the instructions of sellers personnel.
6. After steady operating conditions are achieved, the performance test shall be conducted for the duration of 48hours of operation(can extend to 72h at buyer's request). The average result (mean measured values) from a period of 24 hours of operation are the basis for the comparison between the guaranteed and the achieved figures under consideration of the corresponding measuring tolerances.
7. Should termination ahead of schedule become necessary for any reason for which seller is not responsible, the period of the test run until the termination shall upon seller's and buyer's common selection be the basis for the validation provided the duration of the operation was at least 24 hours.
8. During the performance test, the relevant operating values shall be read from the existing measuring devices and analyzers and shall be recorded. All records shall be signed by both parties and shall be available to both parties.
9. If the existing conditions are deviating from the conditions specified basis of design, conversions, corrections respectively have to be made. These shall be made by seller in accordance with the relevant Chinese regulations and shall be handed over and explained to the buyer.
12. MEASURING METHOD AND TOLERANCE:
For verification of the guaranteed plant performance, the measuring methods and tolerances as specified below.
For guaranteed measurements, the installed measuring devices shall be used under consideration of the manufacturer's tolerances.
The following measuring method shall be used.
a. Liquid flows at liquid tank level increase
b. Purity as read in the automatic online analyzer.
c. Pressure as read with pressure gauge or transmitter.
d. Power as read in KWH-meters in main incoming cabinet plus 3% tolerance.
Note: online analyzer-detailed product analyzer (other than O2 analyzer, and N2 analyzer) if required shall be carried out by buyer e.g by means of laboratory analysis of products.
13. FACTORY CHECKOUT:
Prior to shipment, the modular components will be completely inspected at the seller's factory and witnessed by buyer or buyer's representatives. The final checkout includes but not limited to:
a. Pressure and strength and Tightening test on modules.
b. operation and validation of the control system.
c. Functional checkout of the valves, electrical components and instrumentation.
d. Calibration of the instrumentations.
14. DOCUMENTATION:
The layout drawing will be given to buyer 15 working days after receive the down payment. All the other technical documents will be sending by the delivery.
15.After Service:
1. When buyer has any question regarding the equipment. The seller should analyze the cause of failure according to parameters provided by buyer, and give his advice for treatment. Try to guide personals of buyer to solve it by remote means. Or should send immediately technicians to the site (air tickets, cost for getting visa, accommodation of the technicians are at buyer's cost. no extra service charges within the guarantee period. USD 180/ day/ person as service charge at buyer's cost after guarantee period)
2. After-service is indefinite (service charge and consumables cost shold be borne by buyer after guarantee period)
