2. Press configuration:
Power unit: The press power unit consists of a motor driving a quantitative plunger pump. The motor uses a frequency converter to adjust the speed, which can meet the requirements of different pressing curves.
PLC and touch screen: The control system interface is reserved, which can be interlocked with the front and rear equipment units.

The billet enters and exits the press by a trolley traction method, and the roller in the press has a lifting function to meet the transportation and pressing functions of the billet.
3. Press structure and features:
The press consists of 2 frames, 2 main cylinders, 1 slide, 1 fixed workbench, 4 return cylinders, a base, etc.
The frame and main oil cylinder adopt the wire prestressed winding structure, with the characteristics of reasonable force, light weight, high fatigue resistance and long service life.
The machine is an upper pressure stacking press. The main oil cylinder is above the slider. The slider moves down quickly by its own weight through the return cylinder. During pressing, the main oil cylinder applies pressure to the workpiece through the slider to complete the pressing, and the return of the slider is realized by the return cylinder. The upper pressure press has low energy consumption and low operating costs.
The main oil cylinder has the function of in-situ maintenance. When replacing the main cylinder seal, there is no need to remove the oil cylinder. It can be replaced in situ, without lifting equipment, and maintenance is time-saving and labor-saving.
The slider is equipped with a guide device to ensure the smooth operation of the slider.
It adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor drive, and different pressing curves can be set according to the process to meet the requirements of the pressing process.
The stacking material enters and exits the press, and the reducer pulls the trolley chain transmission method. There is a floating device in the press to adapt to the pressing and transportation of the plate stack. The trolley traction device is provided by the user.
