Structure and working principle
Pure oxygen and natural gas are mixed and burned through a burner, spraying flames of over 2700 degrees Celsius to heat the furnace wall. During the rotation process, the metal furnace charge is heated and melted by conducting heat through the furnace wall.
The furnace body of the rotary furnace is installed on the rotating frame, which, under the action of hydraulic cylinders, can tilt the furnace body within a certain angle range to achieve process actions such as feeding, melting, and pouring out slag.
At the same time, under the action of the transmission mechanism, the furnace body can rotate around its axis, and the rotational motion improves the heating efficiency of the furnace, which is of great significance for the overheating of molten iron. When melting metals in this furnace, a certain amount of slag forming agent needs to be added. The slag forming agent and slag liquid have a protective effect on solid and liquid metals, which can prevent metal oxidation.

There are basically no nitrogen compounds or sulfides in the exhaust gas, making it the most environmentally friendly cast iron melting equipment currently available.
